hampir 600 kalori ituuuu🙈
klo mie goreng kalori nya -+ 360 plus nasi 200 gr udh 260 kalori.total -+ 600 kalori kak.
q jg suka nyeduh mie tp LBH milih mie kuah kalori ny lbih rendah...klo pke nasi cukup 4 sendok aja -+100 gr.total 430 kalori,,itu pun pagi dan siang nya q ttp ngusahain kalori yg masuk g bgtu bnyk...

7 hari 21 kali makan, apa salahnya ngambil 1 kali jatah makan buat nyenengin diri😁, kadang jenuh tiap hari harus mikirin protein sama serat mulu hehe
