day one-ish... of hopefully the last and true RESTART to being a better healthier me. On Wednesday I was at Kaiser(hospital) for a tetnus shot and looked around. I looked like everyone else, younger but just as fat. No thank you. I dont consider myself an average girl in anyway, and I certainly dont want to be another average OVER WEIGHT American. Some girls dont have to try, and Im jealous. But lots of girls too and I bet theres way more out there that have to try, and DO IT FOR THEMSELVES.. and family. I want to lose weight before I even have a family =) so as I write this, Im eating oatmeal. Not loving it... but its a change.Thats the name of the game right? CHANGE.
