Well, I was down 45 pounds for one day. Up again today, which was to be expected - that’s the way it goes with me. No biggie. I’ll be back down tomorrow or the next day.
Recalculated my RDI because it was based on 258 pounds, not my current 216. Went down from 2,000 calories to 1,800 calories. I debated about whether to check Sedentary or Lightly Active (since I’m walking). Decided to go with Sedentary, still, since I spend 50% of my time in bed sleeping (5pm-5am) and another 45% in my recliner. The walking takes me about 2 hours to complete because I walk for 1/2 mile then rest. I do that five times to get in my 2-1/2 miles a day. By the end of this year, I’d like to be up to 5 miles a day!
