Post run dinner- Grilled some leftover Steelhead trout from last night. Tonight I included steamed brussel sprouts and fried yellow squash.

Turned out darn good.

Do you grill your fish and squash on an outdoor grill or some other type of grill? It looks great.

@Joe - I grill the fish in foil on an outdoor grill. The squash was pan fried using just a bit of spray olive oil.

THAT looks so delicious and healthy.

@LivinBreezy- No problem, I always mark the ingredients I use but was curious if others could see them when I do that. I haven’t figured out that function in the app yet.

Looks scrumptious

Yes, I see and look often! What do you mean function? Do you mean you don't know how to see others?

Great looking meal!

@LivinBreezy- Yes, when posting meal pictures you get the option to check off the ingredients but I can’t see those when I later view the post. Not sure what good checking off the ingredients does if no one can see them in the app.

Zane-I see the ingredients you enter on a full page (your food diary). I use the no charge web-site US version. I don't understand 'option to check off the ingredients'. When I'm looking at 'Recent Activity' (that's what others, and myself, have posted whether it's a weigh-in or a journal entry/photo entry) I can click on that entry and it will show their food diary and exercise diary at the bottom for that day. I've been filling in my food diary every day since March excluding herbs/spices (non caloric) unless I post a photo. I prefer to use the web site more on my laptop than the phone app bc I like to check out my FS Reports. I also make up custom food entries to get the portions cal/protein/fats/carbs/sodium etc. more accurate than what's sitting in the 'Food Section' although the library is extensive. Recap: When an entry of yours pops up in my feed I can click on it then your food diary along with exercise diary shows at the bottom of the page. I click on either one of those then it takes me direct to a whole screen of your food diary with portions, all the details. Does this make any sense from your point of view? Also, there aren't any tutorials anyone that I know of has found yet, so we all just share what we can do and how then figure out to translate so we can all get the most out of this. Let me know if any of this makes sense and if I can help further. Take care, it's 😴 time. See you tomorrow

@LivinBreezy - Thank you. Yes, that makes perfect sense. I decided to log-in on my computer and yes, I can see all the ingredients listed when I click on the picture. Not sure why I can't see them on the app but the full website seems to have a few additional functions and gives better details. Thank you for the help. I'll likely use the website more often now.

Zane-Do you use the FS Reports? I find them immensely helpful on a weekly, monthly, and soon to be yearly basis.

@LivinBreezy- I’ve never used the reports but I’ll definitely have to check them out.

Love brussel sprouts. Tried a new preparation last week and it was great. Split the brussel sprout in half, charred them in a iron skillet and then into the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Came out very tender and full of flavor.

@Hunter63- Yeap, I often prepare them the same way. I was in a rush this time so decided to steam them.

yup, the charred then roasted is my favourite brussels sprouts method, too! in the summer, I do it on the barbecue
