Small lunch so decided to treat myself to a larger dinner. Blackened Steelhead Trout, sweet potato, sautéed green beans and tomatoes, with a strawberry vinaigrette side salad.

@Stormsgirl- Similar appearance but totally different flavor. Not sure which one I prefer more.

looks delicious! green bean alternative: sauté diced onion, fresh sliced mushrooms. add drained greenbeans and lemon pepper. continue sautéing till beans reduce in plumpness. OR just the lemon pepper on the beans....so good
