Yes, that is one of the few "negatives" of losing weight, but Winter (or the COLD of Winter) was definitely more noticeable to me this past year. I am sure neither of us would "go back". Sincere Congrats on ALL of your progress "to date".

When you lose, you lose your insulation. Cold never bothered me until I lost the weight. Not complaining. How cold does it get in winter on your side of the world?

I thought this past winter was the coldest in history. That's because I lost all my insulating fat. :) Now I am hoping that this summer I will be feeling cooler, with less weight on my body. :)
