I don’t have to work today or tomorrow so I can eat a little better. Working with hubby can be challenging because he eat breakfast and lunch at a couple of diners in our town and in the south, it’s hard to find healthier options. Biscuits and gravy is a staple in the south and heaven forbid you find a place that has turkey bacon or sausage except for maybe Burger King but hubby don’t do fast food!! I got myself and hubby to do just 1 biscuit and gravy and 1 egg and 1 1 whatever bacon or sausage we eat so that’s a start. Today I’m eating a flaxseed muffin. Hoping that my body will let me do what exercises I have planned but I’m so sore from yesterday. I already took Saturday and Sunday off.
