Hooray! I lost 4.2 pounds this week! This is very welcomed, since last week I lost nothing, and the week before I gained 0.2. Total lost since June 23 (28 weeks) is 43.4 pounds.

Oh, and I met my goal of having my lowest average daily calories for the week at 1,439. It was a real challenge to stay that low, but I was still able to have lots of fruit and some sweets, as well as my daily Dave’s Killer Good Seed Bread with butter and my three cans of Diet Coke.

On to a new week. Goal for average daily calories this week is 1,650. Have a great week, everybody!

@HCB, great job! These high-loss weeks are few and far between for me. The last ones before this were week #2 and week #13 (this was week #28).
