I’ve been doing muscle building/strength stretches for 3 weeks now as started cardio today. I’m hoping me not drinking any of those flavored creamers will help. It’s hard when you have so much candy left in the house from Christmas and I don’t want to waste it or throw it away but yet it’s here and can be tempting. Not today it hasn’t been. Also no soda!! The manual scales is not very accurate so I’m gonna try to get a digital one.
