Whats your workout of the day? Todays my brutal leg day front squats, goblet squats, back squats, calf raises, hip thrusts, lunges, Romanian deadliftts, and 1 legged back squats. My front squat is finally catching up to my back squat!!A few of you may finally get what you have been asking for Mrs OTB might join the social side of FS and not just the food logging.

Deadlifts were yesterday. Was a bit hesitant going in as I’ve been slipping and sliding in the mud all week and low back was a bit tender. Dropped weight I was lifting and turned out to be a good workout.

Cheesegobbler84 thanks 😊 I have made massive progress with my front squats the past month and a half. I started doing them with 95 lbs on the bar 6 weeks ago and now I'm doing them with 225 I have to really get a good stretch on my ankles before I do them though my ankle mobilty sucks especially in my one leg.

Daddy Manatee nice! Deadlifts were my nemesis for so long I use to hate doing them and really never pushed it like I did every other exercise and it shows when you compare my Max's on everything. I have finally strengthened my back up enough that I don't fear injuring it like I use to and I'm pushing much harder with them now without breaking away from good form. Still not my favorite exercise they just take so much out of you. Keep it up 👍

I walked 15k steps today but I'm taking a rest day from any other exercise today.

Cheering for OTC123 on the step challenge! No matter who wins it is a win win for both of you. My squats and deadlifts are tomorrow, and I am on heavy so it will be an awesome workout day!
