Hi all! Any tips for if I'm still hungry after dinner? (To help me from just reaching for a larger serving of dessert...)

You could try protein water. Easy to sip away at and will give you a good hit of extra protein for the day for next to no cals. Can also grab a good spoon full of peanut butter to calm down the cravings :)

Sorry for the late reply but my go to is a cup of tea ☕️ fills you up and removes the need for something else.
