well didn't do to horribly bad this weekend with the guy back. Was really (stomach sick) again on Saturday, don't know whats going on there, but my guy was great and made me some toast then I had some whole wheat crackers. Didn't really get any workout in this weekend with feeling yucky and being super busy with my sisters wedding stuff but I got out of work today and went for a 30 min (2mile) walk with the two dogs and may try doing 20 min turbo(had to eat was starving first) Wish I could get off this platue Iam on. would like to go to phase one again but with the training course Iam in this week and all the crazy things going on I would be just torturing myself so Iam trying to stay good and watch calories the best I can.

Awwww. He sounds like a real sweetheart to be taking care of you like that! Diet gingerale sometimes helps when I'm feeling queasy and I just discovered Ryvita rye crackers which are SO good for you and whole wheat,too. Great snack for a quick fix with a little low fat pepper cream cheese and sliced strawberries on top. You'll do fine this week because you're a strong woman who cares about herself ;)
