@tiara : 2 Minggu awal jalani diet lapar sih, tapi saya banyakin di sayurnya jadinya gak lapar lagi 😁, trus saya juga sediakan cemilan diet kek tropicana, slimfit, fitbat, dll jadi aman hehee
