-10kg, 5 bulan. Fat loss banyak, massa otot naik banget karena gym. Jd berat badan ga banyak turun. Ga gampang, but i did it. Masih panjang perjalanan, kalo bisa sih hidup sehat seumur hidup ❤️

Wah masya allah tabarakallah. Terima kasih semuanya 🧡 Caranya seperti temen2 fs lainnya : defisit kalori, makan clean 80% fun food 20%. Olahraga 3-4x/minggu (aku nge gym 1-2 jam) dan kadang jogging 30menit/hari. Tidur 7-8 jam sehari, air putih 2-2,5 liter perhari 🧡
