Well, I wasn't down any weight again today, so I followed my usual "what's the use" pattern and ate my way through the day. I consoled myself with everything I could find. My only saving grace is, I didn't have anything "good" in the house. But I hate myself for failing again. I just want to wake up thin. I don't want to do this anymore. But to end the day, I tried to justify my failure by getting on my bike for 20 minute . And , tomorrow is another day, right? I can start over. But I'm still on the verge of self loathing and am trying not to cry. That chicken salad was really good, but it wasn't worth the way I'm feeling right now.
