i'd say too much food today, but that's not true - that's just maintenance level for my future weight. it's good to get familiar with how much i'll be able to eat regularly. it feels nice.

no exercise until sunday; recovering from a small procedure and i don't want to aggravate things. getting my steps in until then will have to be good enough. then again, maybe i'll do some squats and lunges tomorrow. idk. we'll see how froggy i'm feeling.

this weekend will be the last weekend of free-wheeling eating - and, even then, it's technically only sunday that will be potentially too much. no nye plans, but might have a drink or two at home anyway.

unrelated: i should figure out a way to log my rice and gravy recipe, but it's so subjective that it'd be nearly impossible. oh well, i'll just have to figure it out for tomorrow's dinner somehow.
