My fiancé said he wants to do keto with me! Planning meals will be so much easier now

Kitty looks interested. My feline friend begs for food at the table like a dog ha I find being low carb isn't that hard. I am not keto but try to keep my macros in a good balance and eat more protein to level out high carb days.

JustBananas yesssss he’s already skinny so I hope he doesn’t lose too much! But he eats so many sweets and carbs so this will be much easier for me to not have that stuff in the house for sure

Wisteria yea keto isn’t bad! It makes you less hungry. Hardest part is planning ahead.
