Try keeping some fruit (in season)around you...even at work. That what helps me bypass the sweets.

Pking: What type of fruit do you keep around?

I usually keep a variety of fruit. The fruits that are in season now are grapes, cherries, peaches, plums, nectarines, melons, mangos, berries, etc. If there's a farmer's market in your area, that's an idea place to get in season fruit. But go with a variety so you won't get bored eating the same fruit over & over. Fruits give the body natural sugar to give you energy throughout the day. All those sweets that are made of processed and refined sugar only gives you a high for a few moments, then makes you either crash or crave for more sugar, plus it deteriorates your body in the long run and causes all kinds problems as you get older. So stick with fruit as much as you can.
