Nice workout, Lara. Somehow I thought Indian or afghani food would have a number of pureed like dishes. Hope you feel better soon.

Yes the food was all very soft but some chewing involved. So back to my 'babyfood'. I don't understand how people can do the babyfood diet. It is the most boring, off-putting thing!

16 jump lunges... Wow I think they are really hard - I just can't get to grips with them. I haven't used my personal trainer programme for a while - have only had it on the easy setting- I may get it out again, nw i m fittet and have a go at the medium setting. :-) have a Good weekend... Hope the "baby" food isn't too bad - sound quite disgusting though :-(

It's mainly yogurt, smoothies, pureed soup. Soooo boring! Skinny, I am starting to enjoy the squat and lunge jumps. It feels great to see how my body is getting stronger(I could probably put more energy in it but for now I am just glad to manage 16 even poorly executed) :)

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY indian food is awesome. :) jumping lunges are HARD. My mma instructor had me doing 10 on each side with a 25lbs plate over my head. This was before my f'in knee surgery. Regardless props on completing it.

Lol about your jump lunges:) I do 16 now just with my own body weight (there is plenty of it). The first 10 are ok, then I start to wobble!
