I tried the "Bullet Prof Coffee," and my scale said that I have gained two more lbs! I decided to read more about this "Bullet Prof Coffee," and I have found that there are mixed reviews! I will send you all this page that I have found from the computer. You all can decide for yourself if this is a good idea or not? I still have mixed feelings on drinking oil in my coffee??:) My recipe is coffee, coconut oil, Grass fed butter, and Organic coco butter. I think that the M.C.T. oil (may) make more sense? If you read my food journal, then you will see that I have cut out most of my Carb's.
