Fridays weigh in and the damage isn’t too bad I haven’t logged all week but I can see that logging is better instead of going blind and not logging. Last night I went all out on Tacos so I’m happy with result I’m going to start tracking g my calories and entering my data so I can pull the brakes so to speak. Strength training is good I’m squatting 75kg for 3 x 12 reps which is a howler to start the day. I’d love to get into swimming it’s always been a thing to learn to surf 🏄♀️ happy weekend all..what goes up must come down. IN
