Yesterday I did a body conditioning class. It was awesome but I must admit that I am just a bit stiff today. Spinning this evening should sort that out. So far I'm on track with my eating today.
I have to share what happened to me yesterday... I took my daughter to buy a snack and some juice before gym and without thinking, I grabbed a chocolate off the shelf. While waiting in the queue, I thought to myself: I have decided to adopt a healthy lifestyle so this was sabotaging it. I promptly walked back to the shelf and put it back. I felt so proud of myself!😊
Each day will have its challenges but I know I can do this!!
