Just under 158 pounds in both pictures May vs today ... the scale isnt everything!! Keep grinding everyone 💪

PinayRN thanks the loose skin is deffintly there but not nearly as bad as it could have been. it's very noticeable if I sit or bend over but not while standing I posted some pics of it when I had my mini breakdown at the end of October I was going to take them down but left them up.

HCB thanks definitely way less deffiniton than I had last month but I'm up 9.5 lbs since beginning of November deffiniton is slowly going away but will be back in the spring when I cut it back again.

TJHenggeler thanks tj appreciate it it's slowly going away week by week as I continue this bulking journey but it will be back and better than ever by May. I found a pic from April 2 lbs heavier than I am now and wow that one is very different than the "before" pic Here major changes started happening in April as I started getting the Newby muscle gain from the prior 2 months of lifting.

Great progress! 👍🏻💪🏻 The scale definitely can get tricky while you are putting on muscle and still losing a bit of fat, that’s why I always used body measurements along with the scale.

Yep, this is why you need to take pics! Your shoulders look bigger and looks like you lost fat in pecs and abdominal area. Keep it up!

Kennyn27 thanks 😊 I was pretty good about taking progress pics during my weight loss stage because I knew things were changing in both directions I never really got into the measurements part of it but that has been a huge help for my wife.
