Hi All, This has been a stressful trip. I am having a lot of family issues going on, and I am trying to endure it without succumbing to my food addictions and comfort!
I have met a lot of healthy eaters out here in Ca. It has been so fun to talk and share our healthy foods that we each have discovered!
I hate to say this...I have discovered "Bullet Proof Coffee. :) I found a oil that was recommended to me that is suppose to be some what better than coconut oil? It comes highly recommended for Bullet Proof Coffee. It is called M.C.T oil. Tomorrow, I will add it to my coffee, and see if it taste as good and also, I'll see if it keeps my energy up all day, as suggested. Below is a link about this oil.
