BF 33.9% (yeah, down a bit) M 36.6 (up a bit) W 49.1 It is frustrating that my weight has not shifted in over 2 weeks despite cardio and strength exercises 6 days a week. Have gained some muscle though so workout is working! And my clothes fit better! Must stop looking at weight!

Good news about BF and M... I am trying to concentrate on loosing BF and increasing M ... So am sure I will be in the same position soon... It's the sensible thing to do - just ignore the scales, you know and can feel that you are doing well :-)

Isn't it strange how most people put all emphasis on weight rather than BF...including me! I am sure once BF is well down, I will look different even if there is not much movement on the scales.

I think it is because BF is sooooo HARD to get down. Just cutting calories and loosing pounds is an easier route. I was reading some comments on FS, from a guy who was really into strength training and BF reduction. He was saying that if you only do cardio with no strength training you will have a thin "fat" body I.e low muscle and high BF. I thought - that makes sense - you do see people who are thin - but fat at the same time.... Lol that's a bit double Dutch

Definitely forget the scales. BF is a monster for me to get down. You're doing great. And how you feel is everything!

Heather you managed to get BF down 4%...very impressive!
Skinny...my husband is a thin fatty, eats lots of junk food and only plays football for one hour each week. I am not jealous, no!
