If you guys wondering why I have put on weight, it is due to me Mum and my Severe Mental Health.

The Mum part, she means well, but, she feeds me a lot of food that are no good for me when I come to visit. She keeps saying, ‘’once in a blue moon won’t hurt’’. It all adds up though and it does hurt. But, Mum does truly love me nonetheless.

Mental Health side of things? I suffer with Severe Anxiety and Chronic Depression and Complex PTSD. With some personal things happening in life, it has been hard to stay on track. But, I am alright, or, will be alright. Just takes time.

Sadly though, I ran out of my Women’s Multi Vitamin Supplement for my PCOS, which without it, gives me major fatigue and cravings (as well as other PCOS symptoms). But, have ordered more, which I am waiting for it to be delivered.

Thanks guys for all the support. Really means much to be in this dark world. 💕

🌺 There are times when I feel mentally strong, and other times when I am just exhaustipated. When I'm strong, I tell myself, I can't control all of the bullcrap in my life, but I can control what I eat. While not easy it is relatively straight forward and I try to ride the wave as long as I can. During lows, I try to do damage control. I hope you get your energy back soon. Come on postie! Deliver those vitamins!❤💙💛💚🧡❣
