I've had a long rough day today. I worked non stop today at work and came home to a lot of stress. I'm frustrated... I took an unofficial weight check today and I gained! How can this be....My calories are still around 1400 a day and I'm not eating any evil sweet foods etc. I didn't want to have but like one official weigh in each week so I'm not recording until I weigh in on Sat. Should I lower my calories back down a bit as well as watch my sodium too. I don't think I'm really over doing it in any area. I am so bummed right now!

Women's weight fluctuates back and forth. Your calendar looks good and you are trying really hard, so don't panic yet. Did you weigh in the AM or PM? I can sometimes have up to a 4lb gain in the PM compared to what I weigh first thing in the AM, so if it was at night, don't take it too seriously. Try not to weigh til Saturday and just use this as motivation to continue to be really good until then. You're doing great and you will get there! :)

You really should keep your calories right where they are because you will do more harm than good if not. Our weight fluctuates daily, hourly, whatever. Pick a day and time to weigh, do it the same every week and leave it at that. With the stress you had today jumping on the scale probably wasn't something you needed to do because now you want to change what has obviously been working for you. Let the day pass, look forward to tomorrow and don't worry about daily fluctuations. Good luck!

Thanks so much for your words of encouragement ladies! I need all the support I can get right now. I haven't been logging my water intake so I will start that tomorrow so I can see how much I am drink water wise. We are supposed to drink half our body weight in oz. correct? So for 300lbs I should drink at least 150oz. of water daily. Thats a lot of water.... I will float away...lol.

I would just stick to around 100oz if you can. Take your time and figure out how your body works, what's working for you and go for it. The weight is going to come off if you just keep working at it. We're here for you!!
