Weight the same this morning. I’m happy with that after a big Outback dinner. I skipped the bread and butter, only ate half a loaded baked potato, only ate 1/3 of my salad and half of my 6-oz filet Mignon. And I was full. Had the other half of the filet this morning with two fried eggs. Having the rest of the salad and potato for lunch today.
I’m still on target to have an average of 1,600-1,650 calories a day for the week. Can’t remember which number I said I was going to try to do, so I’m shooting for 1,600 just to be safe.
Pushed myself yesterday and did 1.8 miles of walking. Knees still hurt every day; but, they are going to hurt whether I walk or not.

Shoot, I looked up what daily average calories number I had posted that I was going to maintain this week and it was 1,600, not 1,650. I really wanted another "break" off that KitKat Bar!!! Oh well. I have it planned into my menu for Sunday. I'll just have to wait until then or fenagle some other calories around. I've been surprisingly good at keeping to the calories I decide on for each week. There's no rhyme or reason to why I pick a certain number; but it seems to be working for me to have a goal to shoot for.
