I just don't understand!
I've had a salad every day, couple of fruits every day, a bit of bread. I've abstained from wine and coffee + sugar, for the last two weeks, and have gotten into smaller portions, drank 2 liters of water every day. It seems it's never enough for the weight gods. Mind you' I barely exercised.
Ok, I'll be back to a woe plan. I'm going to look into the Dr's diet. He's got pre-established portions. Simpler than weighing everything and then keeping track of it everything.
Right Now, after all of the healthy way of life, I'm starting a cold or the flue.
