It's time to make serious changes in my life. I changed my username to Awake because it is time to wake up. This time last year I got my weight down to 140lbs. My husband and I separated and my weight stayed steady until we got back together. I also picked up the habit of smoking when we separated and wish to stop as well. My WOE was as close to unprocessed as possible but obviously I have gotten far away from that!!! I do not have a particular "weight" goal in mind, I just want to not feel slow, sluggish, and heavy anymore. I was working out with weight resistance 3x a week and cardio 6x a week and I would like to get back to this regimen. I work at a fast and casual 50-60hrs a week so this is going to take some serious prioritizing, planning, and diligence. It's time to be WOKE again!!!
