Today was yet another very busy day at work, boy you can tell school is going to start soon. I have decided that my sodium intake is too high and that I need to watch that a bit closer.... I love salt so this will be a sacrifice. I want to weigh in but think I will wait until Friday or Saturday because I am not seeing any different so I fear no change in weight plus I wasn't so good with my diet this week. I suppose even if I don't change weight wise 8.5 lbs in a 2 weeks period will still be good for me. I don't expect a lot of weight to disappear overnight I just want it to come off period! Well have a great day!

Have you ever seen that show "I Want To Save Your Life"? I think it's on Lifetime. Anyway, the guy on that show (the Diet Detective, I think he refers to himself as) suggests to keep your sodium at no more than 3500mg for weightloss. I hadn't really thought much about sodium until I heard him talk about it, but maybe that info might be helpful for you if that's something you're worried about! :) Also, one thing that works for me if I don't feel like the scale is moving much is to drink as much water as possible. It totally helps and I see a huge difference when I drink more compared to when I drink less. Good luck!
