Well, I've managed to keep myself under 200. That is something of a milestone since I haven't been this weight since college. However, I'm so sore from my lower body weight training that a celebration is out of the question. :) I guess I took fatiguing the muscles a little too far.
On an unrelated note, I found a great story from someone who has "been there and back" with weight gain and loss. He was recently named one of Men's Health's "25 fittest people". Definitely worth a read:
