I usually officially weigh in once a week...but usually jump on the scales when I get up each day...down .7 this morning on yesterdays official weigh in...so can only put that down to fluid retention because I didn't do much different...notice I am going to the loo more frequently with the weather getting cooler...of course that changes on a daily basis.
