focus is more on strength gain, and being healthy. however I do much better being accountable in this app, so here I stay. eating mostly plantbased during the week and adding in animal protein on the weekend. this has made my digestive tract much happier. lifting 30 min a day bike 10-20 min a day karate 30 min at least on top of classes still in maintenance and that's OK. I am impressed that i have stayed in this range so long after losing that much. called for a revaluation of my mental health after 20 plus years of various meds and therapies not working. they diagnosed anxiety and panic attacks but believe there to be ADHD fueling that get to start mediation and CBT therapy for anxiety straight away and on a wait list for a complete evaluation. mental health is as important as physical health may be a few weeks before we notice a difference. that's OK it's not like I am going anywhere. as always I have high hopes and am all in for the next steps
