Wow. Surprised by this. Haven't been working out. Just staying within my calories. This is my lightest weight in at least 5 years.

Amazing drop! Congratulations! Isn't that insane though? I've been lazy with my workouts this wee as well, but because I kept with my nutrition, I still lost weight. Keep it up! :)
