Craving a corned beef sandwich on thick white bread 😭 I’m weighing tomorrow and then on Wednesday. I really want to stay under 157 but I also don’t want to obsess over food and losing weight. Just 5lbs to go. But it’s a marathon not a sprint. Maybe i will have that sandwich after yoga 🤔🌚

Can you eat a small bit of what your craving. I’ve learned that if you are craving something badly. Eat a little and satisfy your taste hunger.

That’s a good idea. I could have one sandwich (two slices, bit of corned beef and butter) and cut it up into four pieces so it *feels* like I’m eating more than one sandwich

I find if I have a craving, to just have it and put it behind me. Otherwise I eat other things to 'make up for it' - and then more of those other things, and I would end up better if I had just had the thing I wanted. EG I have wanted a custard square for 3 days. stopping myself has meant eating half a pizza, goodness knows how many other snacks. etc. The custard square would have been better in the long run.
