Good afternoon! The day has gone by pretty quickly and boy am i glad. I'm a bit tired and run down from yesterday with all the packing and moving of boxes. Moving a 7 bedroom house with 3400 sq ft is so not fun. It's a very long and slow process and I will be glad when its done. I still haven't made it back to the grocery store to buy more fruit but thats on my list for later today after this big storm passes. I need to increase my fruits and veg's. My diet today hasn't been to great... I ran out of the house and forgot my foods and only had a couple things still at work from over the weekend. I will do better tomorrow.

Don't you just hate how those bottled juices (Naked) are all 2 servings each! I want the whole thing for the nutritional amount listed on the label - not to have to count it twice!

I agree... the label should give you the total nutritional content of the bottle not try to make you think you are getting something less than what you will take in. Come on now...if I buy a 16oz bottle am I really only going to drink half??? Don't think so....lol. If I want only half I can cut calorie content etc into two and save the rest for later. Society wants us to think we are healthier than we actually are... Shame on them!
