wow this is the highest weight i have EVER been...its very scary not only can a feel it but i see it everytime i look in the mirror...its time for a drastic change - NO MORE EXCUSES

THANKKS ERIN, I think it will help if i use FS properly all the support and encourage from everyone really helps so thank you once again. plus it helps to see exactly whats causing the weight gain (but to be honest its not rocket science with me...im well aware that cheesecakes and takeaways that i have been eating are high in calories!)
