Well so far so good. Had a healhy breakfast, healthy lunch, and i've been drinking lots of water...
i also had some coffee. What could i replace that with??? My sister says it slows down your metabolism...

From what I have researched, a cup or two of coffee can help with weight loss. It speeds up your heart, makes you have more energy to workout harder and you can burn more calories. It's only when you have too much coffee that it can negatively impact metabolism. A cup a joe a day should be fine if you enjoy it.
