My world today, better day than yesterday. I have my total stressed out days that I need to change how I handle the stress. Baby steps to get back on track. Could not sleep well last night only about 3 hours worth per fitbit. No exercise this am and early to bed for this very tired person even my dogs are tired--I kept them up also. Calories are around 1400 and will knock it down to 1200 next week. Baby steps again.
i have training to finish putting together tomorrow @ work for a Friday class I am teaching for some new associates and some other training to review for a boss that I have not had a chance to do this week. I have had to realize in the past 2 years that work is seeming to take more energy than it used to. I am trying to re-gain at least some of that energy on top of losing weight and increasing fitness.
tomorrow is also packing up after work to get ready to leave for the weekend,
Once I retire I will re-start my quilting business but that is something I love to do and I will be able to do it on my own terms and part time. The income will be for extras.
