I think I have found the culprit that is sabotaging my weight loss! NUTS! I snack on nuts and was not paying attention to how many calories nuts have! wow, its a lot! so no nuts this week...lets see how next Mondays weigh in goes :)

Jparlett is right! Nuts are great nutrition but I weight them out and out them in a baggie so that is my limit for the day!

Good idea!I have been getting into the habit of using measuring cups for snacks to know how much I am eating so I can document calories in the food journal so I do not eat too much.
