Good Morning, it is Saturday and I am off to CDA to see a fellow miniature nut. It is warm here and supposed to get to 92 today. I am not a good hot weather person so I am not looking forward to another hot day. On the up side I continue to lose slowly but still a loss is a loss. Right?? I am still working on my body image. Making small progress but I am determined to get over this feeling of being fat. Yes we all go through that and I have found even the thin people go through that too. So it is baby steps for me and when I fall down I get up again. It helps having you all there too. I know you celebrate my small victories as well as my large ones. Of course it does not hurt to have your own private therapist living with you. Well have a great day. Talk to you all later.
