Feel yucky today haven't been sleeping well (def. the night shifts and my guy being gone, weird how you get use to things) So Iam laying off the workout just for today, its no good to work out when your so tired. I have to say the amount of working out Ive been doing is making me so hungry all the time. I was hungry like every hour on the hour last night. Been trying to watch my calorie intake and try keeping it between 1,000 and 1200 I know thats kinda low but I am sure I go over with the foods that I am not sure the calorie intake is. The push is on cause when I come back from the cruise Ill have to concentrate on toning mostly because my dress needs to be fitted for my sisters wedding.(it already has to be taking down 2-21/2 sizes)
