Wow I was busy today...go go go! I am worried about the weekend and about idle time. I'm packing for a move so maybe time will pass fairly quick. I've upped my calorie intake but feel a little guilty. I know I shouldn't but I'm trying so hard to eat less and watch the calories that I think I'm worried I will fall of the wagon so to speak if I go over 1000. Anyway... I have had a good day over all....goodnight.

Congrats! If you feel guilty about adding calories, switch one processed food out and eat vegetables instead. Add a teaspoon of butter to be able to absorb the vitamins. The 1400-1600 range with 5 vegetables a day is the way to go I think - don't feel guilty - think of it as the sacrifice you have to make to be healthy! Slow and steady wins the race - good luck!

My doctor told me she wanted my fiber intake up so I added fiber one bars as well as cereal. Up until I added those I was eating more vegetables. I guess I just need to remember to keep the vegetables going in too... thanks!
