Only back on atkins for 3 days before i fell off the wagon... so to speak.. But I am back at it today I still have 40lbs to go according to the BMI but I think 40 more to go will be to much! Way to much.. so Im thinking maybe 30 more to go. It took several months to lose 22 to maybe I can do it in lesss time this time. I did give my body a break and I only gained 7 lbs back which I think was water and so far I have lost 5 of them so Im gonna keep on moving in that direction... Glad to be back and missed you all!
