I’m back at it again too Rob. Over the past two years I’ve lost 24 kilos over the 12 months from Sept ‘20-Sept ‘21.
Then I dropped the ball, and regained 22 kilos in the following 12 months.
28 August ‘22 I started again and have lost 6.8 kilos, currently at 98.3
My first goal is to get down to 90. Then 80, then 70. (I’m quite short at 164cm height, so
I’m working out with weights to build strong efficient muscle and at the moment I’ve restricted myself to 1650 calories daily, low carb/high protein. It’s working! What’s your strategy?
