Today I'm taking the advice of one of my new buddies and increasing my calorie intake just a little. Since I'm new to this I have been trying to be a little too strict on how much I was eating. His suggestion to me was to raise my intake to 1200 to 1400 a day because mine was just below 1000 a day.
