Today has been much better than I anticipated. Great run with hill training. Didn't know I had it in me but I did. Then a decent swim. Didn't feel like it but felt tremendously better afterward. Then got to work and still the first one here since Z is WFH today. Then best of all, new computer works great and no big issues so far. Hopefully when I go home everything will work from there as well.
Friday - I am going to gym to do heavy weights only and because of that, it doesn't matter what time I start or what time I leave because it will still be earlier than everyone else. So
gym 3 to 5ish
eggs and work 6 - 830
walk 830 to 930
lunch - soup and eggs
walk again 2-3
430 carb night and start weekend!
