anyone out here also like to weigh every day? i know it is not good ( mentally ) but i get excited like a child every day ... i just want to get on that scale haha ... i guess in a way it makes me feel motivated to see i lost like 20gr today 🤣🤣 lol, not that i think the scale will say 20gr, but there is just a excitement to it, i cant explain ...

I am currently. (For at least the next 12 weeks) It's the best way to see trends and to get an accurate average TDEE maintenance calories.

What is TDEE ?

Maryke - please google TDEE calculator. Its the total amount of calories your body uses. Once you have that amount you can more accurately decide how many calories you should consume for weight loss / maintenance / weight gain.

I weigh myself everyday and have done so most of my life and will continue to do so for the rest of my life

hahaha this can be a good thing or a bad thing. Do it to keep you motivated but if it puts you in a negative mindset if you're not seeing good results, rather don't :)

I weigh everyday. I do it to see if I'm on the right path or going off track then I need to rectify it see where I'm going wrong and correct it b4 my actual weigh day

https://www.niddk.nih.gov/bwp I found this calculator on the US Dept of Health website. It looks impressive. I might just give it a bash.
