2.2 pound decrease in 24 hours is the biggest decrease yet for me. Need to be careful not to do that too often. 1.2-1.8 will be ok! Still pretty excited 😂

I was very aggressive in my calorie count yesterday and made sure they were almost all healthy calories 👍😂😘

Great news! Likely your body is releasing fluid in response to your healthier food (less salt.) Retained fluid is hard on your heart, lungs, kidneys, and joints. And it’s *heavy*! Losing it is as legit a weight loss as losing fat is, and a lot faster. Good for you! 👏✅😊

I also spend 2 1/2 hours daily in the gym. So weight loss is semi difficult while building muscle but it’s not impossible!!!! 😂😂😂
